My story doesn’t start in a boardroom. It starts in Brazil, where I left home at nineteen with a suitcase, a dream, and an unshakeable belief that there was something bigger waiting on the other side of fear.

That belief took me to London, then to the United States, where I built businesses, raised my family, and discovered a truth that now drives everything I do:

“The ceiling of your business is the ceiling of your own growth as a leader.”

For over two decades, I worked in the beauty industry, as a licensed esthetician and business manager, building and running businesses in three different countries. I learned that the most successful businesses are not built on the best products or the smartest systems. They are built on people who know themselves, lead with clarity, and execute with purpose.

I then spent over five years in international aviation at TAM Linhas Aereas and Delta Airlines, leading teams under pressure, solving problems in real time, and developing the kind of precision and emotional intelligence that only high-stakes environments can teach.

Those years gave me something most consultants don’t have: the lived experience of building from zero, failing, rebuilding, and succeeding across industries, cultures, and languages. Not as a theory. As a reality.

I deepened that foundation with seven internationally recognized certifications, in professional coaching (PCC, recognized by AC, EMCC, and IAC), DiSC behavioral assessment, behavioral training (FTC), and NBI brain-based thinking styles. These tools allow me to see what others miss: the human patterns behind every business challenge.

I am also the founder of Bling Brazil, a Brazilian jewelry brand I built and operate in the United States, because I believe every consultant should have skin in the game of entrepreneurship.
